5. Stand Services and Events
Saboré Bite Bar offers stand services under two modalities:
a) Self-Service (Drop-Off)
- Includes delivery and basic setup
- Does not include guest service
- Responsibility for the handling of food products, items, and the stand transfers to the customer once delivery has been completed
b) Full-Service with Staff
- Includes setup, guest service, and breakdown as agreed
- The customer must provide adequate space, timely access, and safe conditions for staff Saboré Bite Bar shall not be responsible for damages, losses, accidents, or incidents caused by guests, third parties, the event venue, or circumstances beyond its control.
6. Prices and Payments
All prices are listed in United States dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment platforms. Saboré Bite Bar reserves the right to reject or cancel orders or reservations for justified reasons.
7. Cancellations and Refunds

During the provision of event stand services, Saboré Bite Bar’s responsibility is limited to the

- The customer is responsible for the conduct of their guests and third parties
- Saboré Bite Bar shall not be liable for damage to persons, property, or venues caused
by guests, third parties, or improper use of the stand - Under the self-service (drop-off) modality, responsibility for the handling of food
products, items, and equipment transfers to the customer upon delivery
5. Personalized Items
Personalized items are produced according to specifications provided by the customer. Saboré Bite Bar shall not be liable for content, spelling, or design errors that were previously approved by the customer, nor for minor variations resulting from artisanal or manufacturing processes.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saboré Bite Bar shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Economic losses, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunities
