Al realizar un pedido, reserva o contrataci\u00f3n de servicios, el cliente acepta expresamente esta Pol\u00edtica, que forma parte integrante de los T\u00e9rminos y Condiciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. 1. Consideraciones generales<br>Debido a la naturaleza de los productos y servicios ofrecidos por Sabor\u00e9 Bite Bar -incluidos los alimentos perecederos, los art\u00edculos personalizados y los servicios relacionados con eventos-, las ventas no son reembolsables, salvo en las limitadas circunstancias expresamente previstas en esta Pol\u00edtica o cuando as\u00ed lo exija la legislaci\u00f3n aplicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Productos alimenticios<br>Los productos alimenticios son perecederos y se preparan para fechas, cantidades y pedidos concretos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No se aceptan cancelaciones, cambios ni devoluciones una vez confirmado el pedido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No se efectuar\u00e1n reembolsos por cambios de opini\u00f3n, preferencias personales o consumo parcial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El cliente es responsable de revisar detenidamente el pedido antes de confirmarlo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Art\u00edculos personalizados<br>Los art\u00edculos personalizados se fabrican seg\u00fan las especificaciones facilitadas por el cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No se aceptan cancelaciones, cambios ni devoluciones una vez finalizado el proceso de personalizaci\u00f3n.<br>ha comenzado <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El cliente es responsable de revisar y aprobar los nombres, textos, fechas y dise\u00f1os antes de la producci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No se reembolsar\u00e1n los errores tipogr\u00e1ficos o de contenido aprobados por el cliente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Servicios de stand y eventos<br>Para la contrataci\u00f3n de servicios de stand para eventos, ya sea bajo la modalidad de autoservicio (drop-off) o de servicio completo con personal, se aplican las siguientes condiciones:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reserva y dep\u00f3sito<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Se requiere un dep\u00f3sito no reembolsable equivalente a 50% del valor total del servicio para<br>reserve la fecha del evento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anulaciones y aplazamientos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Las anulaciones y las solicitudes de reprogramaci\u00f3n deben presentarse por escrito.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se considerar\u00e1n v\u00e1lidas las solicitudes enviadas por correo electr\u00f3nico a los canales de comunicaci\u00f3n oficiales de Sabor\u00e9 Bite Bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si una solicitud de cancelaci\u00f3n o reprogramaci\u00f3n se comunica a trav\u00e9s de un mensaje de texto o WhatsApp, el cliente debe asegurarse de que Sabor\u00e9 Bite Bar confirma expresamente la recepci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sabor\u00e9 Bite Bar no se hace responsable de las solicitudes de cancelaci\u00f3n o reprogramaci\u00f3n que no sean<br>reciba acuse de recibo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plazos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Las solicitudes de reprogramaci\u00f3n de eventos deben enviarse con m\u00e1s de setenta y dos (72) horas de antelaci\u00f3n a la fecha originalmente programada para el evento y est\u00e1n sujetas a disponibilidad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las solicitudes de modificaci\u00f3n del servicio, incluidos los ajustes del n\u00famero de invitados, s\u00f3lo se evaluar\u00e1n si se presentan con m\u00e1s de setenta y dos (72) horas de antelaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las solicitudes presentadas dentro de las 72 horas anteriores al evento no garantizan su aprobaci\u00f3n y no dan derecho a reembolso.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Cancelaciones debidas a circunstancias ajenas a la voluntad del cliente<br>En circunstancias excepcionales en las que Sabor\u00e9 Bite Bar no pueda prestar el servicio por causas de fuerza mayor (como condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas adversas, emergencias o situaciones imprevistas), el cliente podr\u00e1 elegir entre:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reprogramar el servicio, o<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recibir un cr\u00e9dito para un evento futuro<br>No se efectuar\u00e1n reembolsos en efectivo, a menos que lo exija la legislaci\u00f3n aplicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Notificaci\u00f3n de problemas o errores<br>Si el cliente considera que existe un error imputable a Sabor\u00e9 Bite Bar, deber\u00e1 notificarlo por escrito a Sabor\u00e9 Bite Bar dentro de los siguientes plazos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hasta cinco (5) d\u00edas naturales antes de la fecha prevista para el evento o servicio, si el problema es<br>identificados de antemano, o<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En los cinco (5) d\u00edas naturales siguientes a la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio o la entrega del producto<br>entregado, si el problema se identifica despu\u00e9s.<br>No se tendr\u00e1n en cuenta las notificaciones recibidas fuera de estos plazos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Devoluciones excepcionales<br>Los reembolsos no forman parte de la pol\u00edtica est\u00e1ndar de Sabor\u00e9 Bite Bar y s\u00f3lo se considerar\u00e1n con car\u00e1cter excepcional, a discreci\u00f3n exclusiva de la empresa, cuando as\u00ed lo exija la legislaci\u00f3n aplicable o cuando Sabor\u00e9 Bite Bar determine expresamente que procede un reembolso.<br>En los casos excepcionales en que Sabor\u00e9 Bite Bar autorice un reembolso:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cualquier reembolso aprobado se tramitar\u00e1 \u00fanicamente a trav\u00e9s del m\u00e9todo de pago original<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los plazos de tramitaci\u00f3n no est\u00e1n garantizados y dependen de plataformas de pago, entidades bancarias y terceros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los gastos de tramitaci\u00f3n, administrativos y de transacci\u00f3n no son reembolsables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La aprobaci\u00f3n de una devoluci\u00f3n no sienta precedente para casos futuros<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Controversias y devoluciones<br>Antes de iniciar una disputa o devoluci\u00f3n de cargo con un banco o plataforma de pago, el cliente se compromete a contactar directamente con Sabor\u00e9 Bite Bar para intentar resolver el asunto.<br>El incumplimiento de esta Pol\u00edtica puede dar lugar a la denegaci\u00f3n de la disputa, de acuerdo con los t\u00e9rminos aceptados en el momento de la compra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. 9.
